This Privacy Policy explains how Lofty Softy Limited ("Lofty Softy", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile games and applications available on the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android), and through this website (together, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with our Services:

• Information you provide. If you contact us directly (for example, by email for support or enquiries), we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and the content of your message.
• Information collected automatically. When you use our games, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as device model, operating system version, language and region settings, app version, in-game activity and events, and crash and performance diagnostics.
• Device and advertising identifiers. Depending on your platform and settings, this may include identifiers such as the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS or the Advertising ID on Android, where you have permitted their use.

We do not intentionally collect more personal information than is needed to operate and improve our Services.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain our games and website.

Third-party services

• Google Firebase (such as Analytics and Crashlytics) — see Google's Firebase privacy and security information.
• Unity (game engine and related services, such as analytics) — see Unity's privacy policy.

We may use additional service providers as our games develop. We will update this section to name them before or when they are introduced.

The Apple App Store and Google Play also process information in connection with downloads, purchases, and platform features under Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.

Advertising and tracking

Where our games show advertising or use tracking, this is subject to your platform choices. On iOS, we request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and you can change this in your device settings. On Android, you can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device settings. If you opt out, you may still see advertising, but it may be less relevant to you.

In-app purchases

Any purchases made within our games are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Please refer to Apple's and Google's policies for how they handle payment information.

Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@loftysofty.com and we will take steps to delete it.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers described above, the app store platforms, and where required to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Lofty Softy, our users, or others. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

International data transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries outside your own, including outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it is protected in line with applicable data protection law.

Data retention

We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
